As a young boy, Jimmie would sing and dance at the family gatherings. "My first records were Jackson 5, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix and Kiss"
He begun playing drums at 5 and guitar at the age of 9. "I always wanted a piano but we couldn't afford one so, I used to go to this mall that had a piano store in it and I'd play till they kicked me out". He joined his first band at 11years old, five different instruments by the age of 18, a 4 octave vocal range, a honor student at Lee Strasbergs Film and Theater . "One of my bands signed with an indie lable and that came to an end. And then I was signed as a solo artist but the record was never released".
Jimmie started writing for EMI music publishing and took an interest is film prodution. He wrote, starred in and produced a short film called "My Michelle" which would be the engine that created the attention of director Kevin Bray to cast him for his role in "Linewatch" On screen with Academy Award winning Cuba Gooding Jr.
Jimmie is currently in the studio recording a new record soon to be released in the summer of 2011.
